Nina's Meaning-Full and Spirit-Full Shabbat Table

It has been my personal quest to learn how to make Shabbat home-based observance -- as well as every ritual and prayer -- meaningful and spiritual. As an author, I have taken this personal quest and made it a public offering by writing a book that discusses how to transform empty Shabbat observance into what I call meanign-full and spirit-full practices and rituals. Although the book is not yet published, I have a little booklet I self-publshed that offers seven steps for accomplishing this. I'd love to share this information with those of you who want to join me at my Shabbat table and to discuss with you the issues you encounter in making Shabbat meaningful and spiritual. My hope is that together we can brainstorm ways to fill our Shabbat experiences with all the deep meaning and connection to God we desire.
